In the Korean movie 18+ Last Sister Class, Lim Da-young and younger sister Lim Da-jeong are sisters but do not get along. Da-jeong is in love with her handsome boyfriend Tae-jin, but the older sister Da-jeong sees between them and seduces Tae-jin. The younger sister Da-jeong is mentally unstable, so she uses this reason to put her younger sister in a mental hospital to conveniently steal her lover and have a happy marriage with him. Some time later, Da-jeong escapes from the mental hospital with the help of another patient in the hospital who is also mentally unstable named Yong-han and vows revenge. Da-young and Tae-jin travel together without knowing that their sister Da-jeong’s revenge is about to begin. What will the future hold for the four people who met on the trip?
