The story of Korean movie 18+ Not You, Your Sister revolves around 3 people, the older sister Wisdom and her newlywed sister. Jisuk is currently working while Gitak’s husband is at home. The couple’s life seems happy on the surface, but there is a problem with their sex life. It has been a long time since they had sex because the wife has a lover outside and often goes to motels with him. Then one day, Wisdom comes to Jisuk’s house and asks to stay for a few days before moving to a new house.
One day, after Jisuk goes to work, there are only her husband Gitak and her older sister Wisdom in the house. Gitak is always upset because his wife doesn’t care about him, so not long after, he starts having sex with Wisdom. Meanwhile, the husband still tries to caress his wife every night, but still fails.
