The main character of Flower and Snake 3 is the beautiful girl Shizuko Toyama (Minako Komukai), she is a newly emerging cellist from Italy who returned to Japan. One day, she unfortunately fell into a pre-planned sex trap and was imprisoned by straw ropes, forced to take diuretics.
