Quite similar to part 1, Flower and Snake 2 will also have erotic torture scenes, the symbols of Flower and Snake are cleverly included in the movie. The plot of this part begins with the character Tooyama, an impotent old art critic who sends his wife Shizuko to Paris to evaluate the work of Ikegami, an artist and wealthy sponsor.

The wife discovers over time that she is curious about sadomasochism, and soon becomes Ikegami’s slave-like object and muse. Her encounter with Ikegami leads her into a dark world of the wealthy figure with ropes, humiliation, and slave-like rituals. Ikegami is discovered by her husband Tooyama, and Shizuko wants to reestablish control over her life at all costs, forcing her to choose her own future life.
