Beauty in Rope Hell

Beauty in Rope Hell was released in 1983 and directed by director Genji Nakamura – not a very outstanding name but owning hundreds of works since starting his career in the early 70s. Beauty in Rope Hell, although a film with sadomasochistic elements, is built in a gentle and interesting way.

Beauty in Rope Hell is set in Japan during World War II, the film begins with a postman who is “madly in love” with a young lady from a certain family, but this beautiful girl is already married. Not giving up his ambition to possess her, he decides to kidnap her and put her in the “prison” he created. From there, he turns her into his sex slave with sadomasochistic games and immerses himself in pleasure.

His favorite sadistic act was to tie her up with ropes and brutally rape her, while she was too weak to resist or escape, and she gradually submitted to the person she was once extremely afraid of…
