Salamat Daks 2023 stars Loveli-Ness Alma Moreno, who transforms into the sultry Ayanna Misola in this eccentric erotic film directed by Bobby Bonifacio. In the movie, Alma Moreno plays Maricar, an aging housemaid who has spent most of her life caring for her mother. After her mother’s death, Maricar is left alone in the world. To cope with her loneliness, she entertains herself by watching short clips on Pik Pok, a video-sharing app. She becomes a huge fan of the social media influencer @Mikko_QT, also known as Mikko (played by Nikko Natividad).

Maricar eventually gets the chance to meet her idol at a fan event in La Union. However, when a video of her is criticized on social media for her age, she leaves the event humiliated and frustrated. This leads her to a drastic transformation at a shady clinic called VV Face Aesthetics, owned by Dra. Trisha Vera (Giselle Sanchez). After spending half a million pesos and losing all her savings, Maricar finally gets the opportunity to become young again, transforming into Carrie (played by Ayanna Misola). From this point, she easily captures the heart of her idol, sparking a passionate love affair.
